Run your event day
Open an event's Day-of tab for one shared Run of Show and Operations Plan. New plans start empty so your team can add only real event details.
Prepare the plan
Owners and admins can add cues, command contacts, venue zones and readiness checks. A cue can have a local time, day offset, duration, location, owner contact and production notes. Leave the time blank when it is not scheduled yet; use a +1 day offset for after-midnight work. Timed cues use the event date and the Day-of timezone. Settings also holds the command channel and escalation instructions.
Use Operators to delegate live updates to signed-in team members. A contact can be an external person or a placeholder, but appearing in the plan never grants app access.
Run the show
Start a cue when it actually begins. Complete or Skip it explicitly when it ends; the clock only shows elapsed time and overtime. Only one cue can be live. Starting another requires you to choose whether to complete or skip the current cue. Live now, Up next and the timeline come from the same saved state. Hide completed only filters your view.
A planned time is not an execution time. An event date is needed to start a timed cue. If a local time falls into a daylight-saving gap, edit it. If it occurs twice, choose the earlier or later occurrence.
Operate and log
Update venue status and check or uncheck readiness as conditions change. Add a note to a check when a handoff needs context. Log an issue, decision or safety report, then add follow-up notes and mark it Watching or Resolved. The safety line reports only what has been logged; it does not monitor the venue.
Share and print
The page refreshes while visible, and Refresh asks for the latest team state immediately. If saving fails or someone changed the same record, keep your draft open and review the latest version before retrying. Offline writes are not supported. Print lets every event viewer choose Run of Show, Operations Plan or both, and either the full plan or the current filters. Browser Print can also save a PDF.
