Switch between list and Gantt
The same tasks, two views: a dense table for working through details, and a visual timeline for seeing how everything overlaps.
The toggle
The List / Gantt toggle sits at the top of an event's Tasks tab. List is the dense table you'll use for day-to-day editing. Gantt lays the same tasks out as a timeline against event day. The Gantt needs a tablet or desktop; on a phone it suggests switching back to List.
Task Order vs. Date Order
On the Gantt, a second toggle switches between Task Order — grouped by bucket, and the default — and Date Order, which flattens everything into one list sorted purely by start date, regardless of which bucket a task belongs to. Date Order is the better view when you want to see what's actually happening this week across the whole event.
Collapsing for an overview
Task buckets — and on the Gantt, individual parent tasks — can be collapsed with a click to hide their subtasks when you just want the high-level shape of the event rather than every detail.
Owners and admins also get a Gantt view across events: on the Events page, switch from the list to Gantt to see every event's tasks on one timeline.
