Set a follow-up reminder

A sponsor left in Contacted for weeks with nobody following up is an easy way to lose a gift. Each entry has two optional dates to prevent that.
The two dates
Every entry on the Sponsors tab can have a Last contacted date and a Follow up on date. Set the follow-up date to when you next plan to check in.
Where a due follow-up shows up
- The Supporters directory counts follow-ups that are due, and its Needs follow-up filter lists them.
- Owners and admins also see them in Needs attention on the Dashboard, for events still in flight, until the entry is marked Received.
