The Supporters directory, explained
Supporters, in the left nav, is your organization's one directory of everyone who sponsors or donates, across every event.
One record per supporter
Adding a sponsor or donor to an event picks from this same directory, so someone who gives to three events over the years is still one record, with their whole history attached.
Finding people
Tiles at the top count your supporters, what's been received and committed, and follow-ups that are due. Search by name, or filter by event, pipeline status, tier, or whether a follow-up is needed.
What you see on a supporter
Click a supporter to see their contact details and notes, their total received, what's committed but not yet received, and their full giving history across events.
Adding a supporter directly
You don't need an event to add someone. Add a supporter straight from the directory, for example while building a prospect list, and link them to an event's Sponsors tab later. Anyone in your organization can add and edit supporters.
