Log a ticket sale

EVERYONEUpdated 23 Sep 2026·2 min read

Once ticket types exist, you log each sale against one. It's a manual entry, so it works however you actually sell: in person, by phone or through an outside checkout.

Logging a sale

In the Ticket sales card, log a sale with its ticket type, quantity, total amount, date sold and optional notes. Anyone on the event can log sales while it's unlocked.

How it rolls up

Each sale adds to its ticket type's sold count and to the Tickets tab's totals. The Dashboard's Event health shows a Ticket sales bar against your quantity goals.

Ticket money doesn't reach the budget on its own. The Tickets tab tracks sales, but the Budget tab, Dashboard revenue and Reports count ticket income only when it's logged as revenue with the source Tickets. Log it there too, for example as a weekly total.
