Edit a member's role or title
Everyone on the Team page has two labels, and only one of them controls what they can do in the app.
Role vs. title
Role is Owner, Admin or Member, and it controls permissions across the whole app. Title is a free-typed label like "Event Coordinator" shown under their name. It has no effect on access.
Changing a role or title
Click the pencil on someone's row, make the change, and click Save. Owners and admins can change anyone's title and move people between Admin and Member. Members can change their own title and skills, but not their role. A placeholder's name can be edited too. A signed-in person's name comes from their own account.
Owner is special. Only an owner can make someone an owner or take the role away, and the last owner can't be removed. To hand the workspace to someone else entirely, use Transfer ownership in Settings → Danger zone.
