The left-hand nav is the same wherever you are in the app. Once you know what each item opens, the rest of the app is mostly the same ideas repeated for each event.

The left nav

1
Dashboard
Where you land after signing in: your events on a timeline, their health, and your own work. See What's on your dashboard.
2
Events
Every event you can see, with filters by status and for archived events. Owners and admins also get a Gantt view across events. Click any event to open it, or start a new one with New event.
3
My Tasks
Every task assigned to you across your events, grouped into Overdue, This week, Next week and Upcoming. Built to work well on a phone.
4
Team and Supporters
Team lists everyone in your organization with their role, title and skills. Supporters is the organization-wide directory of sponsors and donors across every event.
5
Reports, Settings and Help
Reports rolls budget and revenue up by event or by fiscal year. Settings holds your organization's profile, notifications and catalogs, plus branding and billing for owners and admins. Help opens this help center, which also works when you're signed out.

The top bar

The search field finds events by name. Type part of a name and pick the event to jump straight to it. The bell opens Recent updates, the newest task comments on events you can see, with your @-mentions labeled. Your name on the right opens Settings.

Inside an event

Every event has its own tabs: Tasks, Budget, Photos and Files and Day-of (a run of show and operations plan for the day itself). RSVP, Tickets and Sponsors appear only when they're turned on for that event. Owners and admins also see a gear icon beside the event's name. It opens the event's Settings, where its name, owner, status, color, options and archive controls live, apart from the day-to-day tabs.
