Upload photos and files
Every event has a Photos and Files tab: one shared library for pictures and documents, always on.
Photos and files together
Pictures and documents share the same library, including PDFs, spreadsheets, Word documents and zip files, up to 25 MB each. Filter to Photos or Files, or use Search by name. The list shows each item's name, the task it's attached to, who added it, and when.
Uploading
Click Add photos or files and choose files from your device. Anyone on the event can add to the library while the event is unlocked. Adding from a link, the camera or Google Drive is marked Soon and isn't available yet.
Attaching a file to a task
A task attachment shows up in both places. Use the Attachments section of a task's detail panel to upload straight to that task. The file also appears in Photos and Files with the task's name beside it, and clicking that name opens the task. Removing a file from a task only detaches it. It stays in the library.
